People in charge of military moving must have a lot of experience to figure out how they are going to move so many people in a way that is inconspicuous. If someone is doing military moving and it can be spotted by people then they are doing a bad job and will probably be dismissed from their duty. Military moving cannot be obvious because if it is you will be putting everyone in danger that is doing the moving. The people delegating the military moving must be trusted because everyone else relies on them and their live are on the line. A mistake in military moving can cause the life of many of the soldiers in that troop. You will probably also loose a lot of the equipment that they were carrying if they are attacked by someone that has spotted them. This will definitely weaken the side that has been discovered and therefore decrease their possibility of winning. Any time that they are discovered they will be weakened by their enemy because the enemy will take advantage of that. The enemy will also be able to better protect themselves from any attacks because they will know exactly where the others are. This makes it very unfair for the soldier that are fighting and have terrible moving techniques. It might not be as clear as to what the mistakes are that are causing all of the failed attempts at attacks but once it does plans of action will be taken. Most likely whoever is in charge of doing the moving will be replaced by someone with a lot more experience or at least someone with a better sense of secrecy. It must be very difficult to find out what kind of people have all of the traits necessary and they will not be perfect but you have to do your best to find the best.
